Arizona Monster Bow Mule Deer: 240"
The email I got said Matt (hunter) and Chad Smith (guide) stalked to 52 yards of this bedded buck the other day. After a short wait in the 95 degree sun the giant got up and walked to 32 yards broadside. Chad gave him a grunt and Matt killed him. Matt’s monster gross scores 240 with a gross typical frame of 228 7/8 by an official measurer.
Good work Matt and Chad, tremendous animal. comment
but requires longer shots than most whitetailers are used to (this 32 yard shot exception). I love it but I frankly am
not very good at it, as you wil see again on an upcoming episode. oh well, we all have our weaknesses as people and
hunters and we have to accept/acknowledge that and work to get better.
I saw that show last year where you tried it. I know it looks easy, but I know it can't be easy when you're trying to shoot through weeds without being detected. The camera angles are misleading as well. I would probably piss myself trying to shoot that hawg after stalking him. How do you "not" look at that rack?
I was in Colorado this summer and was told by some Elk guys there that it's because Arizona and N.M. have less pressure than states like Colorado.
At any rate...Great Buck; even if it isn't a whitetail ;(
your world???
spam comments one day on all the blog archives. that's why we have the math in place here and on the rut
report
I don't need a mulie that big...just a couple mulies would be wonderful...I gotta get out to Montana soon...
For those having problems with the addition entry. I just keep closing the window and reopening it until the total is 21 or less before I start typing. You do the math!!!
This ain't just a pretty hat rack, man. I get math!
hanback, you should get rid of the addition problems and make em start multipling. Well get rid of some of the rift raft on here.
Just kidding guys. Love chatting with you all. You make me laugh and teach me something new all the time.
I have to agree with Cody though, hate the way it's posed. No need to accentuate that rack.
